Do you want to get your access to the secure area or do you have issues with our RONA Supplier Portal? Please write to us at extranet.rona@rona.ca indicating your full name, email, legal name of the company, RONA Commercial agreement number to get the instructions to setup your password. We will send you an email with the instructions to proceed.

Following our system upgrade, a password reset is necessary for all our users. If you haven’t received an email with an activation link, we encourage you to check your spam folder or contact your company’s IT department to ensure that the address “pasdereponse@fournisseurs.rona.ca” isn’t blocked.
If you still haven’t received an email, don’t worry; simply visit our Password Reset Page, enter your email address, and you’ll receive a link to set a new password.
You can then log in with your new password.
